Foreword
We do everything we can to deliver our customers' orders as quickly as possible. Firstly, we live from the recommendations of satisfied customers and secondly from sales and not from administration. With a range of over 65,000 items, we unfortunately cannot keep all items in our inventory. We order all unavailable items from the manufacturers immediately after receiving the order.

Green light: delivery time 1 - 4 days
The item is in stock in our warehouse. Please note that a transfer between different financial institutions usually takes 2 days. The post office also needs around 1-3 days to deliver the packages.

However, we cannot give a generally valid statement with a specific delivery time at this point. Any information on delivery times and availability is based on a mix of past experience (manufacturer's ability to deliver and the product's market position), current influences (popularity) and delivery times provided by the manufacturer.
Even if we try to give you a specific delivery time for individual items, this can only ever be an estimated delivery time. In these cases, we are dependent on the industry's ability to deliver - and that can be really unpleasant. We almost never receive specific and binding delivery dates from the manufacturer, and when we do receive them, they are often not met. That's why we only pass on delivery times provided by the industry to our customers with reservations. The actual delivery time can be considerably longer or shorter in individual cases. After receiving the order confirmation or if the waiting time is too long, you can freely decide whether you want to keep your order or not. In any case, you can make use of your statutory right of withdrawal.

The item you want is sold out at the factory or cannot currently be delivered by the industry.
Why should I wait for a confirmation email?
You will always receive a confirmation email from us. With this email we can then guarantee the number of items you ordered. Since we also have a shop, it can happen that a customer has just bought the last item in the shop and the item is unfortunately sold out. We also cannot have large quantities of every item in stock.
I ordered from you and now the traffic light is yellow or red?
You have most likely bought the last available item. The database automatically corrects the stock in the online system.
What payment options do you offer?
In our shop, payment in advance, cash on delivery, PayPal or cash is possible.
Of course, you can also pick up any item from us in the shop and pay there.
